《卷三 上篇第三》
35  | 修丹只是片饷功夫，今日服食三载，何耶？《翠虚篇》云：片饷功夫修便现，老成须是过三年。盖片饷功夫，只是结丹之时。而所谓三载者，乃一年入室之后，更须温养，不可遽然远出也。锺离正阳《指玄·三十九章》云：孩儿幼小未成人，须藉娘娘养育恩。其说是已。若过此三载以后，则身如烟云，行步如飞，可以轻举，可以远游；大浸稽天，而我不溺；大旱金石流、土山焦，而我不热；存亡在我，而长乐无忧矣。然温养事毕，更当潜伏人问，积功累德，以开度群迷，方可翩然而往。是故朱灵根嘱皇甫履道接引后学，金华洞仙戒扬虚白不得幽柄，铃功济群品，乃仙去，岂容独善其身哉？ |
