93  | 余猶及聞教坊司中，在萬曆十年前房屋盛麗，連街接弄，幾無虩地。長橋水，清泚灣環，碧楊紅藥，參差映帶，最為歌舞勝處。時南院尚有十餘家，西院亦有三四家，倚門待客。其後不十年，南、西二院，遂鞠為茂草，舊院房屋，半行拆毀。近聞自葛祠部將回光寺改置後，益非其故矣。歌樓舞館，化為廢井荒池，俯仰不過二十餘年間耳。淫房衰止，此是維風者所深幸，然亦可為民間財力虛羸之一驗也。 |
