《讀四書大全說》
86  | 周禮固有「澤宮選士」之文，然所選者士爾。太宰、宗伯之類，既以尊而不待選，在大夫則家老亦然。祝則世其職而不容旁選。唯如宰夫上士八人，中士十六人，下士三十有二人，具員已繁，不能盡與於祭，則以射擇之耳。而供戒具、薦羞、眂滌濯者，亦必就此五十六人中擇之，終不他取於別官之賢者，而一聽之於射。故曰「庖人雖不治庖，尸祝不越樽俎而代之」。亦如諸侯之得與祭，亦以射擇，而宋公之有淫威，魯侯之為懿親，則不待選於射而必與焉。蓋爵之貴，賢之尊，雖素有等威之別，而合之於廟中，俾其貴其賢得昭著以為榮焉，此「愛其所親」之道也。 |
