202  | 立竫也。謂立容安竫也。安而後能慮，故釋詁、毛傳皆曰靖，謀也。從立靑聲。疾郢切。十一部。一曰細皃。古文尚書□□善諞言，伏生今文作諓諓善竫言，見公羊傳。王逸注楚辭引作諓諓靖言。葢竫靖，戔諓古通用。靖言，謂小人巧言。戈部引周書戔戔巧言，亦謂秦誓也。山海經大荒東經曰：東海之外，大荒之中，有小人國名靖。 |
