35  | 坐定後，說了幾句寒溫話。金哥道：「家母想念岳母，教小婿當面叩安，欲請一見。」君寵道：「內人臥病未癒，不能接見，免見了罷。」金哥便向袖中取出一書，道：「這是家母寄與岳母的，教煩送進。」君寵接了，蹙著眉道：「老姪，你不要呼我岳父了。我女兒五歲上邊已經身故，聽你叫，使我心酸。」金哥聽見妻子已死，呆了半晌。君寵假意咨嗟，吩咐備飯。停了一會，家人報：「午飯已備。」就叫擺上來，家人擺上桌子，便請對坐。金哥把椅拖斜了坐，君寵也不來安坐。斟酒過來，金哥推不能飲，也不叫再斟，就請用飯。菜餚雖有七八色，也極草草。用過飯，並不叫人搬進行李，金哥見他呆著臉，絕無一點殷勤之意，便起身告退。君寵也無一言挽留，送到宅門口，便道：「少送了。」轉身一直進去。 |
