《第二十一回燕王殺千百忠臣 教坊發幾多烈女》
49  | 臨海縣之東湖有樵夫者，竟不知為何許人，燕詔至日，皆紛紛傳語曰：「新天子登極。」樵夫愕然曰：「舊天子安在？」或應曰：「已燒宮自焚。」樵夫掩面大哭，抱石投湖而死。又昆山人姓龔名翊者，為金川門卒，見谷王槵與李景隆開關迎入燕王，大哭而去。已聞燕詔至縣，又痛哭數日，嘔血而斃。尤奇者，燕山衛卒儲福，當靖難兵起，逃歸縉雲山中。三年而燕詔至，語其妻范氏曰：「吾雖一介小卒，義不願為叛逆之民。」撫膺大慟，絕粒而卒。范氏方在韶年，姿容明潔，有當道謀欲娶之，范誓死守貞。其事在三十九回，且演下文聽者。 |
