1 食療云:陝府豉汁,甚勝於常豉。以大豆為黃蒸,每一斗加鹽四升,椒四兩,春三日,夏兩日,冬五日即成。半熟,加生姜五兩,既潔且精,勝埋於馬糞中。黃蒸,以好豉心代之。聖惠豉心以足為限,但覺刺即熟嚼豉以敷之,少頃見豉中毛即瘥。不見,又嚼敷之,晝夜勿絕,見毛為度不語升,水三升之,攪取汁飲豉三升,少艾烈其上灸之,使溫溫而灸之。如先有瘡孔中汁出分為三服,日二作。
2 合,日三,無比。又,各上出血如針孔。取豉三出不解,已三、四日,胸中方:闢溫疫法:熬豉和白術十四枚銼,水三升,煎取一升,心鏡:主風毒,腳膝攣急,骨節痛。
3 飲之。又方:小兒寒熱,惡氣中人。以摩心、臍上,旋旋祝之了,破豉丸看有細毛黃泥聚豉煨熟,冷後取出豆豉為末,以豉、大蒜等分,一處杵勻,丸如梧子大。每服後毒瓦斯攻手足及身體虛腫豉酒方:豉五合微炒姚和眾治小兒丹毒,破作瘡,黃水出。焦炒豉令熱病後攻目生翳者。燒豉二七枚,末,以管吹之治墮胎血下盡煩滿。豉一升,水三升,三沸煮為末敷之,不過三、四次。茆亭客話:蝦蟆小者有毒,主人小便閉澀,臍下憋,疼痛至死者。
4 以生豉一合,投新汲水半碗,浸令水濃,頓飲之,愈。
