138  | 康国者，康居之后也，迁徙无常，不恒故地，自汉以来，相承不绝。其王本姓温，月氏人也，旧居祁连山北昭武城，因被匈奴所破，西逾葱岭，遂有国。枝庶各分王，故康国左右诸国并以昭武为姓，示不忘本也。王字世夫毕，为人宽厚，甚得众心。其妻，突厥达度可汗女也。都于萨宝水上阿禄迪城。多人居，大臣三人，共掌国事。其王素冠七宝花，衣绫、罗、锦、绣、白叠。其妻有发，幪以皂巾。丈夫翦发，锦袍。名为强国，西域诸国多归之。米国、史国、曹国、何国、安国、小安国、那色波国、乌那曷国、穆国皆归附之。有胡律，置于祅祠，将决罚，则取而断之。重者族，次罪者死，贼盗截其足。人皆深目、高鼻、多髯。善商贾，诸夷交易，多凑其国。有大小鼓、琵琶、五弦、箜篌。婚姻丧制与突厥同。国立祖庙，以六月祭之，诸国皆助祭。奉佛，为胡书。气候温，宜五谷，勤修园蔬，树木滋茂。出马、驼、驴、犎牛、黄金、硇沙、香、阿萨那香、瑟瑟、麞皮、氍、锦、叠。多蒲桃酒，富家或致千石，连年不败。 |
