《第四卷》
3  | 燈宵，出其所有，便稱勝事。鼓吹弦索，廝養臧獲皆能為之。有蒼頭善製盆花，夏間以羊毛煉泥墩高二尺許，築「地湧金蓮」，聲同雷礮，花蓋畝餘。不用煞拍鼓饒，清吹嗩吶應之，望花緩急為嗩吶緩急，望花高下為嗩吶高下。燈不演劇則燈意不酣，然無隊舞鼓吹則燈燄不發。余敕小傒串元劇四五十本。演元劇四齣，則隊舞一回，鼓吹一回，弦索一回。其間濃淡繁簡鬆實之妙，全在主人位置。使易人易地為之，自不能爾爾。故越中誇燈事之盛，必曰「世美堂燈」。 |
