29  | 小兒瘡痘，固是危事，然要不可擾之。嘗見趙賓曰：「或多以酒麵等物發之，非也，或以消毒飲升麻湯等解之，亦非也。大要在固臟氣之外，任其自然耳。惟本事方、捻金散最佳。」又陳劍南剛翁云：「痘瘡切不可多服升麻湯，只須以四君子湯加黃芪一味為穩耳。」二說皆有理，然或有變證，則不得不資於藥。 |
