十一月戊戌，以奕山为伊犁将军。庚子，钦差大臣林则徐道卒，以周天爵署广西巡抚，命前两江总督李星沅为钦差大臣，赴广西剿贼。乙巳，敕各省藩库积存杂款，拨充军需，暂缓开捐。刘韵珂免，以裕泰为闽浙总督，程矞采为湖广总督，吴文熔为云贵总督。获广西匪首锺亚春，诛之。
