23  | ○山西诸军进封潞城县青羊山贼陈卿等据险邀击官兵大溃贼遂执知州王朝雍郭铿杀伤指挥秦汌知县韩廷学等都御史常道以闻请假副总兵赵廉事权增兵诛剿事下兵部议请敕赵廉暂以三关事务付游击邵定带管简选精税官军召募乡导枪勇相机行剿河南诸军悉听节制贼凡被胁者听投首角□羊散有能摛斩陈卿父子及有名首恶者赏银三百两军职升三级世袭军升实授百户民授土巡捡仍将逆产给赏如陈卿父子兄弟及同党能自相摛献悉免本罪仍照数给赏有能倡众入贼巢招抚馀党五百名以上及自能招抚三百名以上者俱升实授二级二百名者一级一百名者署一级不及数者赏银三十两如陈卿等能束手听抚先将执去职官送出许赴军门自诉奏闻处置若仍不悛各该官兵即督率进剿邻近地方俱严加防截失事官员听以功赎罪事宁之日抚按官通查功罪奏请定夺诏如议 |
