64  | 嚴延年劾奏霍光擅廢立，無人臣禮，不道。奏雖寢，朝廷肅焉。呂成公曰：「大哉，延年之奏也。自夷、齊之後，一人而已。」沙隨程氏謂：延年女羅紨，為昌邑王賀妻，生子女持轡。惟漢人風俗之厚，故不以為嫌。王元石曰：「宣帝時，有大議論三：延年以不道劾光，夏侯勝言武帝不宜立廟樂，有司謚故太子曰戾。皆後世所不能及。」劉應起時可奏疏，謂當使近習畏輔相，輔相畏臺諫，若申屠嘉能使近習畏之，若嚴延年能使輔相畏之。 |
