25  | 帝王之任英杰皆须御之以气结之以恩然后可使也若不以英气折之而宠以姑息则骄不可任若不以恩爱结之而肃以礼貌则怨不为用驾御之术惟汉祖尽之黥布归汉句絶髙祖方踞牀洗而召布入见布大怒悔来欲自杀出就●张音帐饮食従官如汉主居布又喜过望武帝踞厠见衞青以大将军之贵而隶人蓄之此不得不絶大漠而荡猃狁也蜀先主与关张二将同卧起而稠人广坐侍立终日皆用此道故能成功夫御英杰使猛将与见道徳之人接方正之士事不同也不可以繁礼饰貌浮词足言宜乎洞开胷懐令见肝肺气慑其勇恩结其心虽踞洗召之不为薄矣禄山夷狄之谲诈者也非将门英豪草莱竒杰其战鬬之气击刺之材去闗张逺矣天宝末受専征之任托不御之权入朝赐宴坐内殿西序鸡障之下非其所据果蓄异图幽陵厉阶至今为挭葢恩甚骄盈以至于此傥以徒隶蓄之岂有斯恨 |
