2  | 軾在徐州日，聞沂州丞縣界有賊何九郎者，謀欲劫利國監，又有闞溫、秦平者，皆猾賊，往來沂、兗間。欲使人緝捕，無可使者。聞沂州葛墟村有程湊擼家富，有心膽。其弟岳，坐與李逢往還，配桂州牢城。此湫∪耍而篤於兄弟，常欲為嶽洗雪而無由。竊意其人可使。因令本州支使孟易呼至郡，喻使自效，以刷門戶垢污，苟有成績，當為奏乞放免其弟。叢婦×Γ因出帖付與。不逾月，軾移湖州，聰嗨統鼉常云：「公更留兩月，幢賾幸宰孕В今已去，奈何！」軾語矗骸暗盡力，不可以軾去而廢也。苟有所獲，當速以相報，不以遠近所在，仍為奏乞如前約也。」是歲七月二十七日，詞穀酥梁州見報，云：「已告捕獲妖賊郭先生等。」及得徐州孔目官以下狀申告捕妖賊事，如囪圓幻。軾方欲為具始末奏陳，此以盡力者，為其弟也，乞勘會其弟岳所犯，如只是與李逢往還，本不與其謀者，乞賜放免，以勸有功。草具未上，而軾就逮赴詔獄。遂不果發。 |
