《卷二十八·魏二十八》
37  | 君諱華，字叔時，上郡定陽人，大匠君之子也。其先出自有殷，因國定氏，不改其號。聖哲玄流，至君而懿。幼膺瓊蘭之美，長有沖邈之志。敦《詩》閱《禮》，䪛竹賁；誕循前業，守以恪恭。仕歷州郡，忠諤有間，其大操也。耽耽虎視，龍變不羈。故能雄傑於並域，聲班於上京。察何孝廉貢，除郎中左馮翊丞，協宣文物。公事知州，譽茂才宛丘令，崇行寬猛，示之禮禁，褒延庠校，政以惠和。三載陟隕，邪臨金城，郡鄣羌虜，避難遷移，役兼民匱，室如懸罄。乃敷權略，獎厲信，獫狁率服，不敢窺逾。兵戢而時動，因省獵以習。興利弭患，順其所樂，開通狹道，造作傳館，吏士咸悅，不勞而勸，是以縉紳之徒，譚講雅誦。釋軍旅之犀革，陳俎豆于泮宮。其艾簷令，旌顯才良，咨量三壽，賞刑不僭。邦場寧靜，歲時豐登，耆叟擊壞，童齔謳噪。功庸顯列，當升寵祚，不耆德，景命失靈。以光和元年九月乙酉卒官。生有嘉休，終則鼎銘。於是故吏邊工、江英、韓遂等追送遐丘，刊石勒勛。其辭曰。 |
