1  | 伏聞大道生成，元和鼓簡。流形品物，布化群靈。申上玄宰制之功，垂下土吉凶之戒。是則懲惡勸善，信為格言。害盈福謙，固惟常訓。臣夙聞玄旨，敢不冥心揣分，兢懷省躬。思道而叨居祿秩，未脫囂氛。秉朝憲則筆定典刑，督邦賦則庭施檟檚。功或興於土木，膳未罷於炮燔。故誤之罪，莫知重輕之文。或爽以玆憂懼，恐結尤違。況臣今年，天符臨本命之辰，太白居愁滯之位。竊恐志隨災易，留連於聲欲之間；情逐禍移，沈湎於杯觴之內。因思警慎，仍切懺陳。敢於命命之辰，虔罄焚修之禮。濯心靈洞，歸款名山。仰斗極星躔，冀銷往咎；贍鳳軒龍蓋，願降新恩。使罪戾蠲平，冤尤和釋，災凶寧息，祿算遐長。骨肉則兩地樂康，生靈則一邑豐泰。兵鋒永偃，疾癘無侵，水旱勿興，農桑滋阜，龍神安鎮，遠近昭穌，誓策丹心，上副玄造。不任。 |
