27  | 贵州等处承宣布政使司左布政使臣彭韶等谨奏为荐举师儒事照得贵州所属卫府宣慰司共设有儒学二十一处为因地方僻逺夷俗丑陋铨选学官少有到任见今贵州宣慰司镇逺等府兴隆等卫各该儒学共缺教授一十馀员以致士无专师人不乐学儒风不振夷俗如旧臣等切见四川成都府举人徐䙗何光荣重庆府举人牟伟俱由会试不中退而家居逺者三十馀年近者二十年博学明经笃信守己儒冠以卒老不肯屑就于有司寕淡薄以食力不复逐名于荣贵其心岂不愿仕哉但思乆养英迈之气不欲一日摧折之耳臣等窃谓此等之人时所难得若加録用士必知劝乞勑吏部行下所属将举人徐䙗等礼取到部量授儒官职事置在贵州宣慰司等儒学则不惟士风夷俗皆所系重而有用人才亦不至遗弃矣盖川贵地方相去不逺而各人学行老成实堪师范是以臣等昧死輙敢推荐为此具本顺差令史朱瑄赍捧谨具奏闻成化十九年十二月十六日该通政使司奏奉圣旨吏部知道钦此钦遵 |
