74  | 秋八月，命龍捷軍將陳松伐占城，擒其將布冬而還。賜姓名金忠烈，將虎賁軍。後丙戌年，僃多邦城上策領兵就邊界逆戰，匆使賊人入境內，恃其長兵，通其脈路，諸將不從，布冬病尋卒。 |
| 82 | 五月，詔曰：「古者國有學，黨有序，遂有庠，所以明教化敦風俗也。朕意甚慕焉。今國都之制已僃，而州縣尚缺，其何以廣化民之道哉。應令山南、京北、海東諸路府各置一學官，賜官田有差，大府州十五畝，中府州十一畝，小府州十畝，以供本學之用告朔一分，學一分，書燈一分。路官督學官教訓生徒，使成才藝，每歲季則選秀者于朝。朕將親試而擢之焉。」 |
