22  | 姓氏字音變易，有不得不因之者。 楊氏曰，如䨲音萬，軤音呼，褟音喧，厙音赦，余本余，而轉作入音蛇，乜音彌也，切字皆生造，若嵐𦋅昋炅本桂姓，避讎而分為四字。伯厚音桂道昭音攜，原無其字。他若●缺字：山誓音盤，●音拱，●缺字：斤度音亥，䎰音昨，侴音丑，䚋音運，鹵音罪，𤔣音暴，𧂟音孤，求之音義，了不可知想，前代吞之音天亦此類乎。氏族書有吞景靈晉，有吞道元與吞公牋，今類書引之，改吞作查，書叙指南所引猶是。吞字葢古天有，汀真切，則吞有他前切，乃其理也。侴非從俞，乃說文𡚽姓而加之者也。爰音倒，乃叟字，古𠋢，改人在上作叜，遂書作𤔣，此姓苑之失也。然瓽金姓䣊而作瓽，或本于党蟲達，本蠱省而蠱又音冶，孟獲讀莽獲，而莽何羅乃以逆改，此中沿失豈是一端。又言宣德中王驥征麓川，有土司三人，乞賜姓驥，以怕刀刴為三酋姓，其後三人得華風，漸識字改怕為帕，刀為刁，刴為隋。又有游商言，隋為裂肉，乃改為多，諸如此類，莫可勝紀。是以姓氏一事最難，是正不如聽之。 |
