28  | 蠣初生如拳石，四面漸長有一二丈者，嶄巖如山，毎一房內輒有肉一塊，大房如馬蹄，小者如人指面，毎潮來，則諸房皆開，有小蟲入則和之以充腹。是名蠣房，亦名蚝山，海人取之，或連鑿，其房炙以烈火，候房開取肉。宋劉子翬食蠣房，詩蠣房生，海壖堅頑宛如石，其中儲可欲，雖錮必生隙，嵌嵓各包藏，碨䃁相附積，終逢霹靂手，妙若啟扃鐍，鑽灼諒難堪，曷不吐餘瀝？南庖富腥盤，豈惟此稱特，吞航大絕倫，梯臠萬夫食。針鱗九牛毛，小嚼逾千百。光螺暈紫斑，蠞膏湛金色。水母脆鳴牙，章舉懸疣密。烏黏力排奡，貼石不可索。妾魚戲浮波，媚鱟雌雄匹。蟹躁輒橫騖，鱉縮常畏出。車螯不服箱馬鮫非駿跡，江瑤貴一柱。嗟豈棟梁質，骨柔，競愛䱠多鯁鯯乃斥蚶虹鮭赤文肉，黑魚之賊鰷鱨。鰋鯉鰻鱣鮪鰍魴，鯽庸庸而𩵖小，瑣冗難盡述包涵知海量長養荷天徳。貪生族類繁，失地，波濤窄網罼人，創禍甘鮮已為厄，紛然均可口流品，當別白微物。倘見知捐軀不足惜。 |
