38  | 盛京木场丁办商办之制，盛京有砍木山场，曰大那彔，曰东昌沟，曰莺窝背，曰棃树沟，曰小夹河，曰那尔吽，曰锅铁峪，曰大石湖，曰英额河砬子，向由台丁领票砍科，以资生计。乾隆八年，将军阿兰泰以搭桥商人拖项无完，请将各场酌拨商办，以清欠项。二十四年，将军清葆请将各场拨还台丁，如台丁不愿承领募商砍伐科税。二十七年，因莺窝背台丁承办贻悞，募商另充，颇见成効，至是台丁复以为请，工部尚书托恩多请定章程，经大学士等议，以丁办现有误公之案，而商人多费资本，开就山场承办，尚无贻悞。若因台丁觊觎，遽尔拨还，设将来或需募商，必致里足不前，请将商办之大那录等三场，仍归商办，如无商办，即令六边衙门将殷实台丁，保送承领丁办之，棃树沟等六场仍归丁办，如无丁办，即行募商」。从之。 |
