32  | 王，琐里人，崇释教。岁时采生人胆入酒中，与家人同饮，且以浴身，曰「通身是胆」。其国人采以献王，又以洗象目。每伺人于道，出不意急杀之，取胆以去。若其人惊觉，则胆已先裂，不足用矣。置众胆于器，华人胆辄居上，故尤贵之。五六月间，商人出，必戒备。王在位三十年，则避位入深山，以兄弟子侄代，而己持斋受戒，告于天曰：「我为君无道，愿狼虎食我，或病死。」居一年无恙，则复位如初。国中呼为「昔嚟马哈剌」，乃至尊至圣之称也。 |
