320  | 注解：頸癅也。下文云：癅，腫也。此以頸癅與頸腫別言者，頸癅則如囊者也，頸腫則謂暫時腫脹之疾，故異其辭。釋名曰，癭，嬰也。嬰在頣纓理之中也。靑徐謂之脰。博物志曰：山居多癭，飲水之不流者也。凡楠樹樹根贅肬甚大，析之，中有山川花木之文，可為器械。吳都賦所謂楠癅之木，三國張昭作楠癅枕賦，今人謂之癭木是也。癭木俗作影木，楠癅俗本作楠橊，皆誤字耳。從□嬰聲。於郢切。十一部。 |
