《卷下》
2  | 肺之原，出於太淵五句，義見《靈樞·九鍼十二原》，此皆五髒之俞穴也，左右各一，共十穴，連膏之原，肓之原。膏之原，出於鳩尾。肓之原，出於脖胦。合為十二原。少陰之原，出於兌骨，謂神門也。手少陰無俞，所謂心之原出於大陵者，皆手厥陰之俞也，義見《靈樞·逆順肥瘦》：舊本誤在邪客。故此補少陰之原句。膽之原，出於丘墟六句，義見《靈樞·本輸》，此皆六腑之原穴也。十二經皆以俞為原者，謂九鍼十二原中，皆以五髒之俞穴為原，非謂六腑也。以五髒之俞，乃三焦之所行，是其氣所留止，故稱曰原。蓋腎間動氣，一身之原氣也。三焦者，腎中原氣之別使，行於上下三焦，經歷五髒六腑之俞穴，其所留止，輒謂之原，以其原於動氣間而得名也。 |
