33  | 七年正月壬子，以旱，詔京兆府、河中等九州府宜賜粟五十六萬石，京兆府賜十萬石，河南府、河中府、絳州各賜十萬石，同、華等州各賜十萬石，並以常平義倉及所糴斛豆斗充無本色者，以運米折給，委本州府長吏明作等第，差官吏對面宣賜，先從貧下起給。八年九月，詔淮南、浙西等道仍歲水潦，遣殿中侍御史任畹馳往慰勞，以比年賑貸，多為奸吏所欺，徒有其名，惠不及下。宜委所在長吏以軍州自貯官倉米減一半價出糶，各給貧弱。如無貯蓄處，即以常平義倉米出糶。又詔：諸道有飢疫處、軍糧積蓄之外，其屬度支、戶部雜喜⒘羆，跫垡猿鯛，屑悶度恕。 |
