《列傳第三十一》
44  | 既而宋帥丘灊果奉書乞和，揆以前五事諭而遣之。復進軍圍和州，敵以騎萬五千駐六合，揆偵知之，即以右翼掩擊，斬首八千級，進屯於瓦梁河，以控真、揚諸路之衝。乃整列軍騎，畢張旗幟，沿江上下，皆金兵焉。於是江表震恐。宋真州兵數萬保河橋，復遣統軍紇石烈子仁往攻之，分軍涉淺，潛出敵後。敵見之大驚，不戰而潰，斬首二萬餘級，生擒其帥劉侹、常思敬、蕭從德、莫子容，皆宋驍將也。遂下真州。宋復遣陳璧來告和，揆以乞辭未誠，徒欲緩師，欲之。宋人既喪敗，不獲請成，乃決巨勝、成公、雷塘渚積水以為阻，盡焚其廬舍儲積，過江遁去。 |
