10  | 大磬謂之□。□形似犁錧，以玉石為之。○□，虛驕反。 |
| 11 | ［疏］「大磬謂之□」。○釋曰：磬，樂器名也，以玉石為之。《世本》曰：「無句作磬。」《釋名》云：「磬，罄也，聲堅罄罄然。」《考工記》曰：「磬氏為磬，倨句一矩有半，其博為一，股為二，鼓為三。參分其股博，去一以為鼓博。參分其鼓博，以其一為之厚。已上則磨其旁，已下則磨其。」是其制也。大者名□。孫炎云：「□，喬也。喬，高也。謂其聲高也。」李巡云：「大磬聲清燥也，故曰□。□，操也。注「□形」至「為之」。○釋曰：《字林》云：「錧，田器也。」自江而南呼犁刃為錧，此□形似犁錧，但大爾。云「以玉石為之」者，《左傳》云：「玉磬紀。」又八音謂磬為石。故知「以玉石為之」也。 |
