《早稻之法》
2  | 《田家五行》云：「早稻宜用下田。」《齐民要术》曰：「凡下田停水处，燥则坚垎，湿则污泥，难治而易荒，墝埆而杀种。如水涝，不得种，九月一转，至春种稻，万不失一。凡种下田，不问秋夏，候水尽，地白背时，速耕耙耮，频翻令熟。二月半种稻为上时，三月为中时，四月初及半为下时。渍种令开口，耧耩掩种之，卽再遍耮。苗长三寸，耙耮而锄之，锄欲速。每经一雨，辄耙耮。苗高尺许，则冒雨薅之。科大如穊者，五六月中霖雨时拔而栽之。入七月，不复任栽。」今闽中有占城种，即黄籼也，性耐旱，高仰处皆宜种，谓之旱占，其米粒大而且甘，早种早熟，六十日即可获，为早稻佳种。北方水源颇少，惟陆地沾湿处种稻，其耕锄薅拔一如前法。 |
