68  | 病源夫水病皆繇榮衛痞澀腎脾虛弱所為而大腹水腫者或因大病之後或積虛勞損或新熱食訖入水自漬及浴令水氣不㪚流溢腹外三焦閉塞小便不通水氣結聚於內乃腹大而腫故四肢小隂下濕手足逆冷腰痛上氣欬𠻳煩疼故云大腹水腫也出第二十一卷中肘後療卒大腹㽷病諸方此病本繇水來應水字而經方皆水為病故施疾牀水病之初先兩目上腫起如老蠶色侠頸脈動股裏泠脛中滿按之沒指腹內轉側有聲此其候也不即療須㬰身體稍腫腹盡脹按之隨手起則病已成猶可療此皆從虛損大病或下痢後婦人産後飲水不即消三焦決漏小便不利乃相結漸漸生聚遂流諸經絡故也療之方 |
