45  | 岐州刺史安定梁彥光，有惠政，隋主下詔褒美，賜束帛及御傘，傘，與繖同，先旰翻，又蘇旱翻，蓋也。以厲天下之吏；久之，徙相州刺史。相，悉亮翻；下同。岐俗質厚，彥光以靜鎭之，奏課連為天下最。奏課，奏計帳及輸籍也。及居相，部如岐州法。鄴自齊亡，衣冠士人多遷入關，唯工商樂戶移實州郭，城外曰郭。《釋名》：郭，廓也；廓落在城外也。風俗險詖，好興謠訟，詖，彼義翻。好，呼到翻。目彥光為「著帽餳」。餳，飴也。餳軟而甘，言彥光為人軟美如團餳，特著帽耳。孔穎達曰：凡飴謂之餳，關東之通語也。《方言》曰：餳謂之張皇，或云滑餹。著，則略翻。餳，徐盈翻。帝聞之，免彥光官。歲餘，拜趙州刺史。《五代志》：趙郡大陸縣，舊曰廣阿，置殷州及南鉅鹿郡，後改南趙郡，改州為趙州。彥光自請復為相州，帝許之。豪猾聞彥光再來，皆嗤之。嗤，丑之翻，笑也。彥光至，發擿姦伏，擿，他狄翻，發也，動也。有若神明，豪猾潛竄，闔境大治。治，直吏翻。於是招致名儒，每鄕立學，親臨策試，褒勤黜怠。及舉秀才，祖道於郊，以財物資之。於是風化大變，吏民感悅，無復訟者。史因岐州之政，終言彥光歷刺他州事。復，扶又翻。 |
