559  | 天文者，序二十八宿，步五星日月，以纪吉凶之象，圣王所以参政也。易曰：「观乎天文，以察时变。」师古曰：「贲卦之彖辞也。」然星事𣧑悍，非湛密者弗能由也。师古曰：「𣧑读与凶同。湛读曰沈。由，用也。」夫观景以谴形，非明王亦不能服听也。以不能由之臣，谏不能听之王，此所以两有患也。 |
