《卷五》
1  | 花地欲得良熟。二月末三月初種也。〉 種法：欲雨後速下，或漫散種，或耬下，一如種麻法。亦有鋤掊而掩種者，子科大而易料理。 花出，欲日日乘涼摘取。不摘則乾。摘必須盡。留餘即合。 五月子熟，拔，曝令乾，打取之。子亦不用鬱浥。 五月種晚花。春初即留子，入五月便種，若待新花熟後取子，則太晚也。七月中摘，深色鮮明，耐久不黦，勝春種者。 負郭良田種一頃者，歲收絹三百匹。一頃收子二百斛，與麻子同價，既任車脂，亦堪為燭，即是直頭成米。二百石米，已當穀田；三百匹絹，超然在外。 一頃花，日須百人摘，以一家手力，十不充一。但駕車地頭，每旦當有小兒僮女十百為群，自來分摘，正須平量，中半分取。是以單夫隻婦，亦得多種。 |
