77  | 時夏口闕鎮，朝議以居尋陽上流，欲樹置腹心，重其兵力。元徽元年，乃以第五皇弟晉熙王燮為郢州刺史，長史王奐行府州事，配以資力，出鎮夏口。慮為休範所撥留，自太子洑去，不過尋陽。休範大怒，欲舉兵襲朝廷，密與典簽新蔡人許公輿謀之。表治城池，修起樓堞，多解榜板，擬以備用。其年，進位太尉。明年五月，遂舉兵反。虜發百姓船乘，使軍隊稱力請受，付以榜解板，合手裝治，二三日間，便悉整辦。率眾二萬，鐵騎數百匹，發自尋陽，晝夜取道。書與袁粲、褚淵、劉秉曰：夫治政任賢，宜親疏相輔，得其經緯，則結繩可及；失其規矩，則危亡可期。 |
