143  | 朕聞昔者帝王之有天下也，或創業艱難，或繼軆守文，雖所遇之時不同，及其成功一也。夫周之文、武、成、康，德業尚矣。漢之高祖、文、景，唐之太宗、明皇，其治功尚有可議者乎？我太祖皇帝肇啟洪基，世祖皇帝混一區夏，列聖相繼，治底隆平。朕承天地之休，居億兆之上，夙夜祗畏，罔敢逸豫。載惟祖宗之治，所當先者何歟？成周聖王，漢、唐英主，其得其失，所當鑒者何歟、子大夫悉心以對。 |
