144  | ○受小球音求大球，為下國綴音贄旒音流，何音賀天之休。不競不絿音求，不剛不柔，敷政優優，百祿是遒音囚。○賦也。小球大球之義，未詳。或曰：小國大國所贄之玉也。鄭氏曰：小球，鎭圭，尺有二寸。大球，大圭，三尺也。皆天子之所執也。下國，諸侯也。綴，猶結也。旒，旗之埀者也。言為天子而為諸侯所系屬，如旗之縿為旒所綴著也。何，荷。競，強。絿，緩也。優優，寬裕之意。遒，聚也。 |
