113  | 黄國卿，字君任，揭陽人。嘉靖甲辰進士，授温州理刑折獄，賑饑民，命賴之。轉户曹，出守吉州，督學江西虛公衡鑒，士習丕變，尋擢浙江叅政，卒於官。國卿為人端亷，久宦不嬰情，生産歸櫬，惟圖書數卷而已。鄭旻，字世卿，掲陽人。博聞強記。登嘉靖丙辰進士，初授兵部主事。厯武選郎中，出守大名、歸德，蠲逋革弊，卓有治聲。督學貴州、山西，所察士百不失一。尋擢湖廣叅政。是時張居正柄政，仕其鄉者，疲於奔命。旻獨正身率屬，不激不隨，百務釐舉，庭無滯牘。後遷四川按察使，晉貴州左布政。察匿田，正詭籍豪猾畏之。未期月，卒于官。所著有《裒拙稿》、《峚山談言》。祀貴州名宦許。有寷，揭陽人，為邑諸生，博學能文，嵗饑捐賑，活人以萬計。宗祠頹廢，有寷割産葺之，置祭田無缺事焉。子國佐，登崇禎辛未進士，有寷不色，喜修橋路樂施與，至老不倦。 |
