48  | 王漁洋《隴蜀余聞》言：角端產瓦屋山，不傷人，惟食虎豹。山僧恒養之以自衛。按《中華古今注》：渠叟國獻鼩犬，能飛食虎豹。此以鼩犬為角端也。余按《逸書·王會解》：渠叟以鼩犬。鼩犬者，露犬也，蓋即鼩犬之別名。初不聞有角端之稱。《爾雅》：驨似馬，一角。麟，麕身，牛尾，馬足；黃色，圓蹄，一角，角端有肉。是角端固即麟之屬，奈何與鼩犬併為一談乎？ |
