41  | 鄜延路轉運司言，已差左藏庫使、英州刺史、鄜延路鈐轄兼第三副將劉紹能權河中府都監。初，鄜延路經略司言：「體量紹能出界擒獲西賊，問知點集人馬，即引兵還。蕃兵獲一首級，紹能言是其舅，以物裹首，不肯保明功賞。慮別貯奸謀，不可使將兵。又蕃官殿直郝守素等使吃多理入西界，呼舅小盧浪等及謂山嘜云：『我受文字相殺，爾往說爾兄子等，令夏人遠徙，恐殺我親故。』事與前報頗符合。」詔令沈括付管押軍器內臣周圭同本路走馬承受霍丙押赴闕，系御史台獄聽旨。（紹能卒無它。二月二十八日鄜延經略司云云，五年四月三日乃遣宇文昌齡往麟州置獄，六年正月十三日獄決。） |
