74  | 上谕谢国栋系总督李卫乡亲李卫委查处州所属钱粮若果有受贿情由姚铃身为知府有稽察之责自当据实掲报乃姚铃平时并无一言而于李卫奏请将伊送部调用之后忽扬言谢国栋有受贿之事则显因怨望李卫而为此语此等习气不可不加惩戒是以降㫖将谢国栋姚铃一并革职交与性桂蔡仕𡵕秉公审讯并非以姚铃不应扬言属官之过而遽将伊革职也今据性桂等审明谢国栋与知县武章徐义麟并无受贿营求等情谢国栋等著照部议准其开复姚铃照例革职仍调来引见 |
