| 7 | 夫牛馬犬羊，皆與人異，故其命名也，亦各有所取義。及至寓屬，形體知識，多與人同。是故以侯稱猴，侯者，發聲詞也如云侯不邁哉，侯其褘也}}。以爰1111稱猿，爰者，發聲詞也。猿之變而為為，元寒歌戈相轉，若楦讀如撝矣。以且稱狙，且者，發聲詞也。以隹稱蜼，隹者，發聲詞也發聲之維，古彞器皆作隹}}。以胡稱𪕱《說文》斬𪕱，類猿蜼之屬。陸璣《毛詩草木疏》云：猿之白腰者，為獑猢。今猶有猢孫之語}}，胡者，發聲詞也。以渠稱豦，渠者，發聲詞也如何渠亦作何遽。俗字有詎，亦即遽字}}。蓋形體相似，耦俱無猜，目無異視，耳無異聽，心無異感，則不能與之特異之名。故以發聲命之則止。 |
