67  | 天祥至潮陽，見弘範，左右命之拜，不拜，弘範遂以客禮見之，與俱入厓山，使為書招張世傑。天祥曰：「吾不能捍父母，乃教人叛父母，可乎？」索之固，乃書所過《零丁洋詩》與之。其末有云：「人生自古誰無死，留取丹心照汗青。」弘範笑而置之。厓山破，軍中置酒大會，弘範曰：「國亡，丞相忠孝盡矣，能改心以事宋者事皇上，將不失為宰相也。」天祥泫然出涕，曰：「國亡不能救，為人臣者死有餘罪，況敢逃其死而二其心乎。」弘範義之，遣使護送天祥至京師。 |
