27  | ○甲申。諭軍機大臣等、晶■宜據山東巡撫孫寶琦奏報、山東萊陽、海陽、兩縣。匪徒滋鬧。匪首曲思文逼脅多人。開槍拒捕。經派省奔馬步隊星夜前往。並派協統葉長盛、登州鎮李安堂、帶隊陸續前進。及委員分路勸諭。旋因匪勢甚盛。累次攻城。官軍遂與接仗。匪勢大敗。奪獲槍械無算。匪首率血■乣入山等語。又據御史王寶田奏稱、官逼民變。撫臣處置失宜各節。此次山東萊海兩縣愚民。究竟因何起事。是否地邌方■土官辦理不善所釀而成。曲思文平日是否安分。抑如所奏實系土棍。不數日閒。聚血■乣至萬餘人。何以甘心從逆者如是之多。且奪獲槍械甚夥。果系從何而來。有無暗中接濟。種種情形。殊難遙揣。著陳夔龍派委明白曉事妥員。密赴該兩縣詳細訪查。務得確情。據實具奏。孫寶琦恄次所奏各件。並王寶田原摺。均著鈔給閱看。將此諭令知之。廷寄 |
