78  | 染人掌染絲帛。凡染，春暴練，夏纁玄，秋染夏，冬獻功。暴練，練其素而暴之。故書纁作䵫。鄭司農云：「䵫讀當為纁，纁謂絳也。夏，大也，秋乃大染。」玄謂纁玄者，謂始可以染此色者。玄纁者，天地之色，以為祭服。石染當及盛暑熱潤始湛研之，三月而後可用。《考工記》鍾氏則染纁術也。染玄則史傳闕矣。染夏者，染五色，謂之夏者，其色以夏狄為飾。《禹貢》曰：「羽𤰕夏狄」，是其總名。其類有六：曰翬，曰搖，曰𠷎，曰甾，曰希，曰蹲。其毛羽五色皆備成章，染者擬以為深淺之度，是以放而取名焉。○暴，步卜反，劉步落反，注同。秋染，如琰反，注「染夏」同。夏，戶雅反，後除「春夏」之字皆同，可以意求，不復重出。䵫，音勛，一音鬱。湛，徐子廉反，劉慈鴆反。𤰕，古犬反。𠷎，直劉反，劉音壽，徐音酬。蹲，音存，徐祖混反，一音遵。希，如字，劉張履反。放，方往反。 |
