《卷三十一》

大是月丙午，城嶺城城外各堡兵俱退入城不得入者，清兵攻圍悉潰散，因進攻城之北隅，明遊擊喻成名文鳯鳴、李克泰督兵拒守，鎗礮矢石交下，乃登雲梯，毁陴堞，摧鋒突入，城上兵驚潰，成名鳯、鳴克泰陣殁，餘衆盡殱。時總兵李如楨守鐡嶺鐡嶺，故李氏宗族墳墓所在，會其兄如栢遼京，其族黨部曲髙貲者，悉隨之西城中為空，如楨以孤城難守，還屯瀋陽及鐡嶺，被國如楨擁兵不救，城遂失質實，喻成名史鳯鳴。李克泰，乾隆四十一年俱追諡烈愍。李如楨，成果第三子，由父廕為指揮使，屢加至右都督，並任錦衣，掌南北鎮撫司，列環衛者四十年，及兄如栢以呼籣闗敗，革總兵任遼人謂李氏世鎮遼東，非再用，李氏不可，巡撫周永春以為言，兵部尚書黃嘉善以如楨名，上遂接鎮遼東，如楨、籍父兄勢，又以錦衣近官，不居人下，未出闗，即遣使與總督圧可受講鈞禮，朝議譁然，既抵遼守，鐡嶺城失後，言官交章論劾，經畧熊廷弼亦論如楨，十不堪，乃罷任。天啟初，言者復力攻，下獄論死，崇禎四年，特免死充軍。
