5  | 景徳三年九月庚子朔，斬殿直、泗州廵檢王文用，文用捕獲刼賊，受賊父賂，遂以其父為反告，上於本州，既而慮其事敗，乃廹脅所部將校，謀為剽刼，鞫之得實，罪當絞，特斬焉，又黜其父右領軍衛大將軍、㑹州刺史謙為忠正節度副使，不署州事。上視欵，見文用才二十嵗，未嘗更事，因詔三班院，自今使臣年及三十，累經勾當者，乃得選充監押、廵檢。 有司言萊蕪監大叔等冶鐡數不登，詔廢之。 大理寺言：定禁軍逃亡條，其下等禁軍月給醤菜錢滿二百，隨軍壕寨而亡命者，請如禁軍例決遣，自餘悉準廂軍。上曰：「俸少而法重，是深文也」。令自今下等禁軍差為壕寨者，並増俸及三百，有犯論如法，餘從所奏。 |
