《第三卷》
42  | 溈山大圓禪師曰：「道人之心，質直無偽，無背無面，無詐妄心。一切時中，視聽尋常，更無委曲，亦不閉眼塞耳。但情無附物即得。從上諸聖只是說濁邊過患，若無如許多惡覺情見想習之事。譬如秋水澄駛，清淨無為，淡泞無礙，喚作道人，亦名無事人。」或問：「頓悟之人更用修否？」曰：「若真實悟得底，他自知時節。修與不修，是兩頭語。今雖從緣得一念，頓悟自理，猶有無始習氣未能頓淨，須教渠淨除現業流識，即是修也。不可別有一法教渠修行趣向。從聞入理，聞理深妙，心自圓明，不居惑地，縱有百千妙義，抑揚當時，此乃得坐披衣自解作活計始得。以要言之，則實際理地，不受一塵；萬行門中，不捨一法。若也單刀直入，則凡聖情盡，體露真常，理事不二，即如如佛。」當時學者常疑佛性本業具足，何須復修。設不修行，無緣證聖。情隨向背，終落斷常。不知三世如來，十方菩薩，所有修習，皆自隨順覺性而已。則大溈所謂「修與不修是兩頭語」，不亦宜乎！ |
