《卷二》
9  | 安德天皇讳言仁。年三岁，嗣位，关白基通摄政，基实子。清盛决事。后白河子以仁王下令东国讨平氏，以仁王败死。源赖朝、源义仲各奉令起兵，赖朝开府镰仓，东海东山道多属赖朝，北陆道悉属义仲，清盛寻薨。初，以仁王下令东国，发源氏，源氏所在响应。清盛大惊，遣追讨使东击之，不胜，及是薨，遗戒子弟力讨赖朝。清盛专权，同姓为公卿者十六人，得升殿者十馀人，为卫府国司者六十馀人，其埰地半海内，威福过于藤原氏。当时举国之兵，半属源氏，半属平氏，卒为源氏所灭。义仲进兵京师，清盛子宗盛挟帝及法皇奔，法皇逃依义仲，宗盛遂挟帝西泛海奔筑前。法皇遂敕义仲讨平氏，削平氏二百馀人官爵，因下敕遥废帝。帝在位三年，改元二：曰养和，曰寿永。 |
