13  | 金再入冦唐恪請避敵孫覿請遷幸當金人之入冦也人共謂車駕不當守京城使其從行幸之計可以無䝉塵之禍乎曰靖康之禍在於無偹而不在於守與避也為靖康計者固當避敵而亦非倉卒之可避也使其早從幸閩中之謀乗敵未至則車駕行幸猶可以達否則早從上皇治兵兩京之訓集天下勤王之師京城或可以守金兵既迫而始謀避敵乗輿一出禁衛聞之而四潰矣此李綱所以不主議也 |
