6  | 只是身體弱了，見不得折磨。若遇刮風，休說是拔木揚沙的，要在重幃密帳中居住，就是泛蘭轉蕙的，亦要在洞房曲室裏躲藏。若遇下雨，休說是傾盆倒井的要在岑樓峻閣上去潮，就是沐柳洗花的，亦要在大廈高堂前避濕。若遇天氣涼些，便如折棉凍酒的寒冷。若遇天氣暖些，便如灼石流金的炎熱。十五這一日，白露初來，清風始至。早晨耿朗坐在正樓的小隔屋內，用龍眼湯漱過口，吃了半鐘蓮子。外邊由頤、黃流將祭祠堂及送親眷的禮物都送進來過目。耿朗看著雲屏整頓祭祠堂的菜果，愛娘分撥送親眷的禮儀，彩雲手內托著一塊松仁鵝油月餅，讓耿朗嘗。愛娘道：「官人是老病，不似你少年人，才病起就吃這硬頭貨。」彩雲笑著便讓愛娘，愛娘道：「這團圓餅姨娘吃多了，讓你罷。」耿朗聽了，亦覺好笑。已刻，耿朗、雲屏、愛娘、彩雲一同用飯。耿朗呷了幾口燕窩湯，吃了幾塊蒸鴨肉，幾片細蜂糕，幾匙香粳飯，放下箸了。彩雲用箸托了一段八寶香腸，送在愛娘的碗內，道：「這個不是硬頭貨。」愛娘吃著，便道：「硬雖不硬，只是好幾個月未曾嘗他，如今亦不愛。」 |
